Melissa has worked in the Hills District for over 15 years and has extensive experience in building and construction disputes as well as criminal law, guiding her clients through complex front-end negotiations and litigation.

She is well known for her commercial and practical approach and expertise, having acted for contractors, engineers, developers, homeowners, owners corporations and people finding themselves charged with criminal offences.

Melissa regularly advises her clients on the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (all states) and the Design and Building Practitioners Act and has experience in all jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia.

Melissa is also active in the areas of adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.
